The Tumut 7 Tie broom is made from Millet, a small-seeded grass, bounded onto the tasmanian oak handle using wire, with the straightest fibres placed on the outside, achieving a nice finish.

Tumet Brooms are handmade in the Tumet Broom Factory. This process is very time and labour intensive, using only millet which is hand graded for quality and length
