Ever paid for an item on the net and not received it becuase it was out of stock? At RapidClean Newcastle we do not like to take money for products that may not be in stock when ordering. So once an order is placed we will not be taking any money from you until the items have been checked.

An email will be sent back to you within 24hrs of us receiving your order with the available products and the total amount due. You will then simply log back on to our site go to the payment page and submit you payment for your items    

This system has been set up this way in the clients interest to prevent any over payments.
