Rates may change

We offer free shipping for all orders over $300.00, except for WA, TAS, NT and some remote locations. Orders under $300.00 will include a $20 freight charge (With exception of TAS, WA,NT and some remote areas). We're sorry, but expedited shipping methods are unavailable for P.O. boxes, N.T, W.A TAS and most remote area addresses. We ship via standard shipping only to these locations. Packages sent to these locations may be delayed by standard mail handling. Shipping will be calculated on placement of order and will vary due to location.

Delivery times may be longer for items that require ground-only shipping. .

*2-day or overnight order processing

  • Orders received before 11.00 a.m. Sydney Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after 11.00am. Sydney Time will be processed the next day. Orders received after 11.00am Sydney Time Friday, Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
  • Our delivery driver does not work or process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after 11.00am. Sydney Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.

Weekend delivery
Orders shipped via our delivery driver or freight company (Overnight, 2-day) are delivered Monday through Friday only.

NT, WA, TAS and other remote areas
Shipping to N.T, W.A, TAS and other remote areas may require an additional one to two days. These locations may also cary and extra delivery charge


Items on order

If you place an order containing both in stock items and items that have later availability, we'll immediately process and ship the in stock items. We'll bill your account for these items, as well as for any applicable shipping charges.

We'll send the remaining items separately when they're available, using our Standard shipping method. We'll bill your account for these items when we ship them with no additional shipping cost to you.

Occasionally an item's status will change after you place your order but before we process it. In this case, we will send the item as soon as we can at no additional shipping cost to you*.

If you decide that you no longer want to buy items that have not shipped yet, you can contact our Customer Care department and cancel them.

If some of the items in your order have been shipped already, your account will have been billed for those items and the associated shipping costs.
