Spitfire Lavender Spitfire Lavender is an extremely effective pre-spray used by professionals.  It cleans and removes tough stains. It is safe to use on all carpet types including Persian rugs.
stain remover Unbelievable is a quick carpet and stain remover.  It can tackle a wide range of stains including grease and oil, protein based stains like gravy, eggs, blood, coffee-based stains. 
anti-microbial decontaminant Biosan is a proprietary anti-microbial decontaminant for use in heavy-duty restoration situations where bacteria, viruses, spores, moulds and yeasts are prevalent because of flooding, body fluids or organic waste.

 Stain removers

 

Stain removal should occur as soon as possible after the event to prevent stains becoming embedded in carpets (or porous floors). Speciality stain removers are used one at a time to prevent a chemical mix offsetting each other or creating unexpected outcomes. Typically they are used neat, with some dwell time, and may require rinsing out to neutralize active processes.  Coffee, wine and rust are particularly challenging. We recommend Coffee Break and Trusty. For oily spots, gum, crayons, we recommend Orange Solve. For blood and protein stains, use Sensation. These products are available in convenient spot cleaning 500ml bottles up to 20l volume containers for large scale cleaning or high volume users. Keep a pack of stain removers on hand for quick reaction to the messy situation!
