Emulsifier Plus is a carpet cleaning extraction detergent.
Emulsifier Plus is a premium quality extraction detergent liquid. This innovative emulsifier formulation has a well-buffered pH, with a unique combination of solvents, detergents, and water softeners for cutting through the toughest of soils, taking the “sweat” out of carpet cleaning. It is perfect for the hottest of truck mount cleaning systems and holds up to the ultra-high heat, therefore, minimizing residual deposits and clogged spray jets.

HOW TO USE
Always pre-test in an inconspicuous location for substrate sensitivity to chemicals. Observe all safety directions and read the SDS before use.
DILUTIONS
Portable Extractors
- Mix 12ml / 10Lt (1:800) when cleaning wool and stain-resistant carpets or where the two-step process is used.
- Mix 25ml / 10Lt (1:400) for heavy soil conditions using the single-step process.
APPLICATION
- Prepare the carpet by thoroughly vacuuming the area to be cleaned.
- Using the dilution rates specified above clean/extract the carpet or upholstery fabric using slightly overlapping strokes.
- Apply protector if required.
- Realign the carpet or upholstery fabric fibres and assist in the drying process.
Notes:
Move the wand slower over areas that are more heavily soiled.
Use a dry stroke to dry the carpet faster.

15 litre and 20 Litre drums allow you to buy in bulk. The chemical can be easily dispensed using an aeroflow tap. Simply remove the lid, fit the tap and lay the drum on its side for easy use. Customers can fill 5 litre, 1 litre and 500ml bottles for easy use by staff.
15 litre and 20 litre drums can be fitted to chemical dispensers which will regulate the number of chemicals used.
The Rapid Drum Spanner secures and removes the lid with ease.
Buy our measuring cup in 500ml and 1 litre sizes, which show dilution rates and amount of chemical required for accurate dilution. 500ml spray bottles are either pre-labelled or you can purchase labels for compliance certification.
